Aloe Vera Gel

Natural Aloe vera gel is a great remedy for hair loss or breakage. It soothes and heals damaged scalp and reduces dandruff.

Massage pure aloe vera gel to your hair, leave on for about 45minutes and rinse off. You can do this 3-4 times a week.

You can also include hair shampoo or conditioner containing aloe vera in your hair treatment.

For any plan, natural or otherwise to work, consistency is important. Pick anyone that actually suits you and be consistent including it in your routine at least twice a week.
