Tomatoes are an essential part of our meals. In Africa, it is almost impossible to prepare soup without adding tomatoes. It is one of the most critical ingredients in our African Jollof rice, giving it its pretty colour.
It is very rich in Vitamin C.
Tomatoes are also a great natural Bleaching agent when included in our skin care routine. They are loaded with antioxidants.
Why Should You Add Tomatoes To Your Skin Care Routine?

How To Use Tomatoes For Skin Care:
- Cut the tomatoes and blend them into a paste, or strain the juice.
- Rub the paste on your face and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Rinse off with cold water.

- Tomato juice, Lemon Juice, and Milk.
- Strain the juice or blend into a paste. Put in a clean bowl.
- Add lemon juice and milk to the tomato paste.

- Strain tomato juice or blend.
- Add two teaspoons of honey to equal parts of tomato paste.
